All staff have a wealth of experience in various fields of conveyancing and go above and beyond to help not only clients and third parties but to help each other. We pride ourselves in offering a great and efficient customer service at competitive prices.
How important is customer service and why? Our customers are extremely important to us and we strive to deliver the best customer service possible. It’s a great way to retain our clients and helps to build new and positive relationships with clients and referrers alike as well as creating a positive working environment.
What does the future of conveyancing look like to you? The future of conveyancing is moving forward at a fast pace. I’m excited to see what effect the greater use of upfront information will bring to the speed and efficiency of transactions and what opportunities will open up from digitalisation of the conveyancing process.
