Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Home Movers Plus Ltd trading as conveyancing-solicitor.co.uk (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific services or features.

Services
We provide a range of services related to conveyancing and property transactions, including but not limited to solicitor services, property searches, and related advice. By engaging us, you acknowledge that our services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Conveyancing-solicitor.co.uk operates a panel of vetted, regulated, and professional conveyancing solicitors and lawyers across the United Kingdom. We take great care in selecting and maintaining our panel to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality of service.

Our service is designed to match the best suited conveyancer from our panel to each customer based on their individual needs and the specific requirements of their transaction. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that we may share your information with the selected conveyancer from our panel to facilitate the provision of services to you.

In addition to matching customers with conveyancers, conveyancing-solicitor.co.uk also provides marketing services to the law firms on our panel. By engaging with our services, you understand that we may receive compensation from these law firms for our marketing efforts.

Please note that any contractual relationship for conveyancing services will be directly between you and the selected conveyancer, and not with conveyancing-solicitor.co.uk. As such, conveyancing-solicitor.co.uk is not responsible for the performance, actions, or omissions of any conveyancer on our panel.
